Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using the website at leveragedonewright.com, purchasing any product or service, or enrolling in any course offered by Leverage Done Wright, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services.
These Terms apply to all visitors, customers, clients, and users of Leverage Done Wright's website and offerings.
About Leverage Done Wright
Leverage Done Wright is a trade name (DBA) of Tru-er Visions Consulting Inc, a business operations consultancy owned and operated by Erica Dionn Wright. We offer:
The STACK Method™ Course — self-paced online course ($597)
STACK Implementation Intensive — 8-week live group cohort ($1,500)
STACK Advisory — 12-week fractional COO engagement ($3,500–$5,000, by application)
Free resources — including the "Diagnose Your STACK" diagnostic guide and other lead magnets
Educational content — blog posts, email newsletters, and other materials

Use of the Website
You agree to use this website only for lawful purposes. You may not:
Use the site in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations

Products and Courses
Enrollment
By enrolling in a course or program, you are purchasing a license to access the course content for your own personal, non-commercial use. You may not share, resell, redistribute, or sublicense the content to others.
Course Access
Tier 01 (Self-Paced): Lifetime access to course content as it exists at time of purchase. Future updates are not guaranteed but may be included at our discretion.
Tier 02 (Cohort): Access is limited to the enrolled cohort period. Recordings, if provided, are available for a defined period after each session.
Tier 03 (Advisory): Scope, deliverables, and timeline are defined in a separate client agreement signed prior to engagement.
Intellectual Property
All course content, frameworks, worksheets, templates, and materials — including the STACK Method™ — are the intellectual property of Erica Dionn Wright / Leverage Done Wright. You may not record, reproduce, share, or distribute any course content without express written permission.
Payments and Pricing
Payment Processing
All payments are processed securely through our payment processor. We do not store your credit card information.
Payment Plans
Where payment plans are offered, you agree to complete all scheduled payments. Failure to complete payment may result in loss of access to course content.
Taxes
You are responsible for any applicable taxes in your jurisdiction related to your purchase.
Refund Policy
Digital Courses (Tier 01 & Tier 02)
Due to the digital nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds once course access has been granted. If you experience a technical issue that prevents access, contact us at hello@leveragedonewright.com and we will work to resolve it.
STACK Advisory (Tier 03)
Refund terms for the STACK Advisory engagement are outlined in your individual client agreement. Generally, fees paid for completed work are non-refundable.
Free Resources
No payment is required for free resources. There is nothing to refund.
If you have a concern about your purchase, please email us before initiating a chargeback. We are committed to working with you to find a fair resolution.
Results Disclaimer
All content, courses, and services provided by Leverage Done Wright are for educational and informational purposes. While we share frameworks, strategies, and tools used by real businesses, we make no guarantee of specific results.
Your results will depend on many factors including your industry, team, effort, existing systems, and market conditions. Testimonials and examples shared on this website represent individual experiences and are not guarantees of what you will achieve.
Consulting and Advisory Services
For Tier 03 STACK Advisory engagements:
Services are provided as an independent contractor, not as an employee of your business
Leverage Done Wright is not a licensed attorney, CPA, or financial advisor. Nothing provided constitutes legal, tax, or financial advice.
Specific terms, scope, deliverables, and confidentiality obligations are governed by a separate client agreement
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Leverage Done Wright, Tru-er Visions Consulting Inc, and Erica Dionn Wright shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of this website, our courses, or our services — even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Our total liability for any claim arising out of or related to these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Leverage Done Wright, Tru-er Visions Consulting Inc, and Erica Dionn Wright from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your use of our website or services, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party rights.
Intellectual Property
The STACK Method™, all course content, frameworks, worksheets, brand assets, website copy, and other materials published by Leverage Done Wright are protected by copyright and trademark law. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution is strictly prohibited.

Third-Party Platforms
Our courses and services may be delivered through third-party platforms (including Systeme.io). Your use of those platforms is also subject to their respective terms of service. We are not responsible for the availability, security, or practices of third-party platforms.
