For more than a decade, I’ve worked behind the scenes of growing companies, building the systems, workflows, and decision structures that make everything else possible. My background spans operations leadership, technology implementation, and strategic execution, but my real strength is translating complexity into something teams can actually follow.

Most of the founders I work with aren’t short on ideas or effort. They’re buried under disconnected tools, unclear processes, and too many decisions landing on their desk. Growth is happening, but it feels heavier instead of easier.

My job is to fix that.
